Terms and Conditions
Shipping Policy
Deliveries to APO/FPO or other noncontiguous U.S. addresses may take up to 30 calendar days. Business day is defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please be aware that there is no delivery on Saturdays or Sundays for items shipped by UPS. Products usually ship within 1 business day of the sale. Please allow 3-7 business days transit time and a total of 4-8 business days for your product to arrive.
Return Policy
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges for Rose Cosmeceuticals Products
Rose Cosmeceuticals is committed to your satisfaction. We stand by our products and most importantly our customers. Rose Cosmeceuticals will happily refund any unopened products or replace any defective items within 30 days of product shipment. No product will be accepted for return after 30 days.
Returning Product(s) Unopened
Within 30 days of your products shipment date, Rose Cosmeceuticals will fully refund the cost of the product (excluding any shipping and handling charges) for any unopened product for any reason. Rose Cosmeceuticals will not pay for shipping charges to return the product and is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in the mail.
Returning Product(s) Opened:
Rose Cosmeceuticals will reimburse you for the unused portion of the contents in the container if returned within 30 days.
Shipping Errors
If you should receive an order in which an error has been made, you must notify the Customer Service Department at (561) 699-3322 or email info@topicalC43.com within 5 business days of receiving the product. Rose Cosmeceuticals will either replace the product or fully refund your money upon receipt of returned goods.
Damaged Shipments
In the event that a damaged shipment is received, please follow these steps:
1. Accept the delivery.
2. Document on delivery receipts the number and description of damaged boxes.
3. Save the damaged products and boxes.
4. Contact the Customer Service Department at (561) 699-3322 or email info@topicalC43.com within 5 business days of receiving the shipment.
If you have any questions regarding a product return, please contact us by phone or email with your questions or comments. Please include your name, address, phone number, invoice number, item number, and method of purchase. A customer service representative will assist you with the return process.
Methods for Refunds
Rose Cosmeceuticals will refund the amount due to the original credit card that the order was placed on. Please do not ask to use another credit card to receive credit.
